Nia (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) is a blend of Eastern and Western movement concepts including Tai Chi, Yoga, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Jazz, modern and ethnic dance, as well as principles of Feldenkrais and Alexander Techniques.
