Alumbo! is an open community. We are tolerant and respectful of the various worldviews and the many paths being travelled by our members and visitors. We have no desire to promote any specific philosophy or spiritual path; we are not interested in gathering adherents to a cause; we will not tell visitors that there is only one way to improve, develop or redeem themselves. We recognize there are a myriad of worldviews and states of being, each one relevant and important to that individual.

Our focus is humankind's quest for meaning and growth, in all its forms. We share a common set of values with our customers and business partners including:

• a desire to improve ourselves, our communities, and the planet
• a healthy concern with our inner lives as well as for the society around us
