Alumbo Media Inc. is a privately-held company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. However Alumbo is much more than simply this company. Alumbo is a virtual organization, a loose network of freelancers (authors, professionals, business people and other individuals) who contribute their skills, expertise, and energy to the growth of this extended community. They may submit articles as Contributors and/or help organize the site by becoming Community Leaders. Most devote a few hours or a few days per week to this effort.

This extended organization is really what Alumbo is all about. We have created a meeting place, a forum that allows people with similar values and mindsets to get together. Alumbo.com is a place for people to discuss, learn, and share. It's a place to contact, interact and transact with others who share your passion.

That's what Alumbo is today. What it will become we'll discover and create together.
