Summary:
How to really know what is true to you. This is the secret to having a life of integrity. You must understand that your truths come from your experience. Your spiritual growth requires this.

The creative process of thought, word and deed allows you to know what is true to you through your experiences. The secret to your truth lies in your spiritual growth and the spirituality information you are guided by. You can't depend on religion for your truth. You must be the arbiter of what is true to you. The secret lies in your awareness of what you are thinking, saying and doing.

Are you beginning to see the importance of being impeccable with your word and speech? You can only do that when you are conscious of what you are saying and how you are saying it. How can you speak with integrity if the words that come out of your mouth are spoken unconsciously? How can you say what you really mean when you use the words of others to reflect the opinions of others and then claim it as your own? You can't do it.

One of the major problems that is the natural consequence of living unconsciously is that we get lazy. We accept the words of others as our own even when we know that it runs counter to our own experience. We forget the fact that what is truth in our lives is the truth that is only revealed to us through our experiences.

Remember, that is our purpose here in the realm of the relative physical world. Our mission is to experience life in all of its different perspectives in order for God to know, through our experiences, all that she knows as concepts. And how do we have these experiences? We create them.

The first level of creation is thought; the second level of creation is word. We have created every experience in our lives and because we have created each and every experience we have come to know the truth of what the experience is to us. So, we have this truth that we know to be truth because we experienced it, yet we often times reject the truth that we know from experience and accept the word of others as our own.

We may even know that what we have heard from others just doesn't have that ring of truth to it but we accept it anyway because we have conditioned ourselves to live that way as a result of choosing to live unconsciously and prioritizing the approval of our peers above living our own truth.

Everything in life is a choice. The process of life is the eternal process of making choices. It's like being in a big candy store. You can choose whatever you desire. Unfortunately, they also sell poison in this candy store so, it is wise to look at your options before you make your choices.

Now here's the good deal. If you pick a box of green jellybeans because you have never had green jellybeans, then you have made a choice. If you eat a green jellybean and it doesn't taste good to you, then you can throw the rest of the green jellybeans away and make another choice. You don't have to eat the green jellybeans.

Nobody is making you do anything that you don't choose to do. Sometimes you will choose to force yourself to eat the green jellybeans even if you don't like them. But it is you that is making the choice. Consciously or unconsciously, you are making the choice.

Usually, you only eat something you don't like when you are unconscious. Why would you consciously eat something that doesn't appeal to you? Maybe somebody told you that you would like it and you believed him or her. Your own experience (actually eating the green jelly bean) tells you that you don't like them but you have accepted the word of another rather than your own truth.

That seems silly when viewed from the conscious perspective of reading this article. As you read this article, you are fully conscious and aware of the words that are written. Everything makes sense when it is presented in a logical, thoughtful manner. It sounds like the truth, better yet, it feels like the truth.

But these are still just words written on paper that are being transferred from me and interpreted by you in an attempt to convey the ideas and concepts in my mind that reflect my truths. Some of these ideas and concepts are also reflective of your experiences and therefore easy to assimilate as your own truth.

Some of these ideas and concepts have not been a part of our own experience, so now you must discern whether you should accept this information as true or to reserve judgment on it until it is part of your experience. It is your choice
