The Creative Power of WordsWords are very creativeA regular column by an Alumbo member, Apr 19, 2008
The secret of creating is thought, word and deed. These invoke the law of attraction and begin the creative process. This is spirituality information that you need to know to create the life of your dreams. It has nothing to do with religion but everything to do with your spiritual growth. The power of your written and spoken word is extremely important to your evolution and the evolution of the human species, so we are going to explore this concept in depth to help you understand why it is critical to begin monitoring what you say and how you say it. Here is something for you to consider because it demonstrates the seriousness of how this power you possess through your written and spoken word has such a huge influence on how your life turns out. “Words are the second level of creation and therefore extremely powerful, but words are also the least reliable purveyor of the truth.” Once again, we look at one of the huge dichotomies that influences our lives every day. We live within a beingness that allows the free-flow of thought from which we can choose those thoughts that we wish to pursue and manifest into our lives. In order to manifest and experience that thought, we must take it from the interior world of thought to the external world of physicality because that is where we will ultimately see our thought take form. The transition agents we use to make this transference from within ourselves to outside ourselves are our words. Our words are the magical tools of transformation that bring our thoughts to the light of day. It's like having a baby. We are birthing our ideas that have gestated internally as thoughts and then take form externally as words. The result of this birthing of thought raises the vibration of the thought to a higher level of potentiality for the thought. A thought or idea has potential, and the spoken word about that thought gives that potential a platform or stage upon which to exploit that potential. Our thought is now on stage and we let the performance begin by speaking our thought. We use our words to describe our thoughts and in doing so we subject ourselves to the limitation of words. My dictionary defines word as “a unit of expression.” I like that definition because that is what you are doing with your words. You are expressing whatever it is that you have an idea or thought about in your mind. You are expressing your thought.
It is at this point where it becomes important to be conscious of your word because the wrong words, or the manner in which your words are expressed, will determine the accuracy of the thought that you are attempting to project. This is the critical point of either an accurate description of your thought or a misrepresentation of your thought that will skew other people's interpretation of your idea. Remember, you have this thought in your head. You have interpreted this thought in a certain manner through your own thought process and now you want to express this thought to the world via the mechanism called words. To project this thought forward, you must choose the words that most accurately define your thought so that whoever hears your words can decipher the same intent of the thought that you have. Since we all view the world from our own particular perspective, through the filters that we have developed throughout our lives, we must acknowledge that each person listening to your words is deciphering your words in their own particular manner. If the words that come out of your mouth are subjective and open to interpretation, then the concept of thought that you are trying to convey will be subjective and open to interpretation in the same manner. This sloppy way of speaking is pervasive in our world today because most of the people in the world are thinking and speaking unconsciously. They are not thinking about what they are thinking or saying, so each creative thought and each creative word is being sent out to the universe with the creative power it possesses. The universe doesn't care whether the thoughts and words it receives comes from conscious or unconscious thinking. The universe doesn't judge. The universe receives the first level creative thought that you project by thinking and the second level creative word that you project by your talking and then begins to make manifest whatever it is that you are thinking and talking about.
