Summary:
Jason Timberlake's got the right idea when he's deciding to bring "sexy" back. Here's how women of a certain age can start to get their "Sexy On."

The first rule single women in midlife must adhere to when reclaiming their zest and vigor for living, is that "there are no rules." You try anything and everything to reclaim that spark that has lain dormant for far too long, in the wake of divorce, empty nester, loss, relocating and just plain ole starting over.

As spring approaches, all of this 'stuff' left over in our proverbial closets can have us feeling drab, dreary and listless. It is time for the wakeup call of rejuvenation and re-emergence into the sunshine of love, life and laughter.

The first place to start this newbirth of sorts, is from within. Learn how to eat healthy, nutritious and colorful meals...add color to your meals by eating heapings of assorted green leafy vegetables, carrots, squash/cucumbers, nuts, raisins and dried fruits. Remember to 'eat to live and not live to eat.' By conditioning your mind to think this way, you'll find yourself not feeling the need to overeat when your stomach says it's full.

It's recommended that we drink eight glasses of water per day to keep our skin supple, digestion flowing and our bodies hydrated. The next step to bringing back our beauty/sexiness, is by learning techniques to de-stress from the daily grind that life offers.

Several summers, long ago, I took a meditation class offered at The Harold Washington College in Illinois. The class taught deep breathing and relaxation techniques that required us to sit still, focus on something, or, some place pleasant-peaceful while uttering a mantra, or, repetition of the umm-umm-umm-sounds-umm-umm, while the eyes are closed and everything is silent except for the aura of the mantras, causing total relaxation.

Last and I think, one of the most important rituals for women recapturing their 'sexy' is to...escape into the world of hydrotherapy. Lose yourself in baths of fragrant waters-the nest best thing to having the love of your life give you a personal, sensual shampoo and total body sponge bath.

I highly recommend using these oils to complete the total 'sexy' that's always been you:

Lavender: for a cool, relaxing feel.
Peppermint:Vitalizing, also soothes shoulder/backaches

Bergamot: Calming
Rose: Tranquil and Centering
Ylang-Ylang: Captivating and Sensous..

These are just some of the tips I've tried and so can you. Want to bring your sexy back? You can you know...Come on, let's get sexy!
